3. How do we get the information?

Construdata21 counts on its own agent network located all over Spain. They are in charge to obtain the information in different sources from public access: files search, internet, and visiting the main cities to look for new works, updating at the same time the ones already initiated. In this way our database is fed up and updated. Now it counts on already 54330 registries of active works and 125539 public bids reports, growing at a constant and increasing daily rate. The information about Portugal is provided by the company econstoi (Vortal).

All the received data are reviewed and put under a selective and strict control of quality by our Quality Control Department in charge to guarantee the reliability of the data, so you can not lose time collecting useless information.

Therefore we offer you information structured in clear Work Cards, through Internet with the following data:

• Exact work address and location
• General characteristics and description
• Main materials and systems used
• Action stage of construction
• Identification of the main companies suppliers
• Contact person of the most important participants such us promoter, contractor or architect, etc
