6. Access to the information and subscription types

All visitors of Construdata21 are able to look at the general company- and product information from the public area. Our registered users are able to access data liable to pay via a test- login. That way one is also able to take a look at the company presentation of Construcontact and the search engines.

We developed several different types of subscriptions so that our clients only pay the information that is actually useful for them.

The National Flat Tariff allows you an unlimited access during a year to all existing Work Cards in our Data base. You can also filter the data according to the criteria that you prefer and we will let you know, in every moment, the evolution and last updates of the works in the data base.

The flatrate Portugal allows access to all work cards from all over Portugal for one year.

The Regional Flat Tariff allows you unlimited access to all the Work Cards that territorially are located in the regions subscribed during a whole year. Besides you will also have the Suppliers Directory of the region subscribed..

The National Flat Tariff by Type of Work allows free access to Cards of a same Type of Work in all Spain. The types of work from which you will be able to receive information are: Parking, Commercial Centres, Cultural Centres, Teaching centres, Entertainment Centres, Other specialized centre and geriatrics, Hospitals, Religious Centres, Office Buildings, House buildings, Public buildings, Hotels and tourist construction, Sport buildings, Military buildings, Urban works: streets, garden, pavement, etc, Warehouse: industrial, Industrial buildings, Civil engineering, Wind power construction, Industrial park, Fairground and exposition centre, Urbanization, Terraced houses, resorts, among others.

The Public Bids Flat Tariff provides you with a free and unlimited access tothe public tendering procedures , which are daily published in more than 60 Official State Bulletins. This service offers you daily updated information on all the public tendering procedures of the construction sector in Spain as well as all the important contact details. As a welcome gift for Construdata21 Clients, subscribers of any Regional or National Flat Tariff will have free access to this service.

The Suppliers Directory allows you to locate companies of all type, getting its basic contact data and the list of its works documented in our data base. It is possible, in addition, to create labels online filtering the data that interest the most. This service can be contracted independently of the Flat Tariffs, but in that case the work list will be inactive.

Construcontact: Promotional space for your company presentation. This presentation is visible for all visitors and also indexed in google. All registered user are also able to look at the reference list containing all finished works of a company and at the announcements, only clients with any kind of flatrate are able to look at the details of the works in the reference list. You can contract a company presentation in addition to a flatrate or independently.
