1.- What is Construdata21?

Construdata21 is a Content Management System (CMS), structured through a database that registers every day the most remarkable activity of the Spanish construction sector. These data comes exclusively from public sources, therefore our main contribution is to have created an organization dedicated to the compilation, canalisation and treatment of special information very useful to your commercial purposes.

Our mission is to offer accurate Spanish works information to all the companies related to the construction sector. Works information in project and in execution, of public and private level, with more than 600.000 euro value (except the public bids reports, in which the value of the contracts are offered independently). The objective of this enormous daily effort is to increase the competitiveness and the opportunities of business for all the companies that operate within the sector in a global market.

Construdata21 has become, in its process of growth, a focal point of an Atlantic axis of companies specialized in the development of information services; axis that has its main productive nodes in the cities of Ferrol (3,14 Financial) Ourense (Callcenter) and Lisboa (econstroi - Vortal). In addition, to the agents distributed by the different Spanish provinces, it counts already on operative offices in Madrid and Barcelona.
