To find works suiting your search just enter adequate key words and our system will elaborate a result list. With a test login there are not automatically all data visible, but if you contracted a compatible tarif you will be able to see all.

You are able to access each work card using one of your test-boni. If you have already a subscription you are able to access all information directly.

2. Folders and sub-folders

The new records that you might want to control and classify can be stored in a new page, named My Portfolio. This page is at the same time your personal starting page.

In My Portfolio you have the possibility of dividing "the main" portfolio in so many sub-portfolios as you want. In this way, you will be able to create diverse folders to keep your interesting data, or, in case you work in several provinces to classify by regions or by geographic location.

3. Profiles and Alerts by email

In order to avoid repetitive searches and to receive the information of your interest by email, it is necessary to save all the used criteria in your habitual searches as Search Profiles or Market segmentation. Everything will be stored in Profiles, where you will also be able to check all the new Works according to your previous selected criteria during the last week or month.

Furthermore you are able to use our alert system: You receiven an email in the frequency you wish with all new works or changes in works already known, of course only the ones that are of interest for you.

How to activate the alert system:

1. Create a profile in your private area to filter the interesting works (therefore you should be registered).
   
   
   
2. Define the frequency with which you would like to receive the information of your interest and please note to which email adress we should send this information: To your adress or one of your commercial agents?
   
   

4. Suppliers Directory and labels editor

With this search engine you can search suppliers sorted by geographically distribution or by type of activity. In addition to the contact data of each company (direction, telephone, fax...) you will be able to recall a documented in Construdata21 with all the works constructed, even if these are already finalized.

We also offer you the service to automatically generate a word-document with adress- labels of all companies you selected. You therefore save time and afford to collect all these adresses to sent out communication material.

5. Work Card utilities

A Construdata21 user can interact with every Work Card thanks to the different buttons created to help you:

(Insert Coment)will open a new window to save any quotation or important reference. It can be read and used by yourself and your colleagues who have a sublogin.

Datos erróneos (Wrong Dates) will allow you to send an email to the Quality Control Department in the case that you may find a mistake or need more information about a specific work.

Visitada (Visited) it allows to send works to this specific folder created to classify the works that you have already checked or visited.

If you are already participating as a provider in one of our Work Cards and you want to appear in it, use this bottom to tell us the type of work you make. Our Quality Control Department will receive the information and will publish it once confirmed. If you already have a Company Card, it will also appear your logo and you basic contact information.
