Brief history: From where do we come?

Our context
Before the decade of the 90s in the construction industry, the finding methods to search for new customers and, therefore, new works were very rudimentary. In every town they used to climb a hill or a tall building to locate any cranes. Then they had to approach the building and attempt to contact the Project Manager. Another possible alternative was to use a directory of construction companies and request data from their new projects. Thus, the first databases were strongly linked to industry magazines with only location data of the work, its promoter and the main contractor and the information was only accessible through newsletters mailed or by fax. -
Our offer
With the arrival of the century and the emergence of Internet Construdata21 was clearly able to offer a pioneering data service taking advantage of the works immediacy of this source. This was followed by successful models developed in the United States as the McGraw Hill Company. The database allowed 24 hours a day on-line access from anywhere and send the relevant information to each customer by offering them the best works by email. It has evolved from a database held in Excel with 2,000 works on a Linux platform to allow more than 100,000 records on a Java Struts. Initially the offer was focused exclusively on Information Works in Spain, right now, Construdata21 has become a complete service platform integrating also in their Web, Public Works contests through the Spain Bids Service, Works Data in Portugal and Huge International Projects. -
Our Company
Construdata21 born in early 2000 as a Netaccede SA group spin-off project thanks to the efforts of only 2 people. It was established as an independent company in 2001 and as a corporation in 2002. In 2008 already has 20 people at its headquarters and more than 30 agents throughout Spain, and moreover, the Sales Department, and the CallCenter in Ourense. Netaccede as a group, it employs directly over 300 people in Galicia, mainly in the cities of Vigo and Ourense .
During this growth process Construdata21 has become the articulated center axis of companies specialize in information services with which it has fruitful trade relations: 3.14 Financial (Ferrol), Callcenter (Ourense), Econstroi/Vortal (Lisboa) y Work XL (Germany).
