Privacy Policy (Annex to the General Terms of Service)

This document is an annex to the document “General Terms of Service”. Both documents are exposed at the site www.construdata21.com.

“INTERNET CONSTRUDATA21 S.A.” (hereinafter referred to as Construdata21) is committed to guaranteeing and protecting the privacy of its Users’ and Clients’ personal information. In this sense, this document stipulates, among others, the following questions:

  • The management of the personal information of the Users and Clients of Construdata21.
  • The measures that Construdata21 adopts to ensure the protection of that information.

Consent

The use of the services provided by Construdata21 means knowing and accepting the General Terms of Service and the present document about Privacy Policy, as well as the Specific Terms of the service you have contracted, if applicable.

Not all the data that the person concerned has to supply in order to register as user of Construdata21 are compulsory; however, the registration will not be fulfilled if the person concerned does not provide the information considered as compulsory.

Secondly, at the moment a user or client wishes to contract any of the services offered by Construdata21, it is essential that they supply the basic data that Construdata21 needs in order to charge for its services and issue the corresponding invoice. Thus, depending on the contracted service:

  • Account number of the contracting company and tax identification number (TIN)

All the above-mentioned data are compulsory, if applicable, in order to contract any of the services offered by Construdata21. Not supplying these data means that Construdata21 will not accept the application for the contract.

Construdata21 may also collect technical and route information about the equipment and the accesses made by the users and the clients in order to facilitate the use of the site and its services, as well as to measure the traffic of the site www.construdata21.com and also to protect and secure its database.

All the stored information is codified so that no user and/or client can be identified. Construdata21 can use this not identifiable information for statistical analysis, marketing, or other similar promotion purposes.

Construdata21 may establish agreements with other Internet websites so that the users and/or clients may access the services offered by Construdata21 from their websites. Thus, all the persons concerned that access the site must know and accept the General Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, as well as, the Specific Terms of the contracted service, if applicable.

Unless the contrary is stated, the personal information that the users and/or clients of Construdata21 supply while they visit or access the website of a supplier will be subject to its own Privacy Policy.

Your options as regards personal information

The clients of Construdata21 know and accept that Construdata21 can make offers and promotions for the clients, as well as offer free services, with information about the relevant conditions of acquisition or use of such services (Twenty-fourth Stipulation of the “General Terms of Use”). In this sense, clients can revoke the given consent at any moment when they receive commercial communications, as mentioned in the previous paragraph, by verifiable notice to Construdata21 through any of the methods determined in the Fifth Stipulation of the “General Terms of Use”.

Construdata21 will not provide any personal information of the users and/or clients to other companies or organisations without their consent, except in the specific circumstances described in this “Privacy Policy”.

Protection of your personal information

The personal information of the users and/or clients is stored in a secure server, which only personnel authorised by Construdata21 has access to.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

All the personal information submitted to Construdata21, and which Construdata21 stores, is subject to the valid Privacy Policy at the moment the persons concerned, the users and/or clients provide their data.

Construdata21 reserves the right to change the Privacy Policy at its discretion, or according to the legal modification that may take place. Nevertheless, Construdata21 obliges itself to notify these changes at the index page of the site www.construdata21.com.

Updates to your personal information

All the users and/or clients have a right to access, correct or change their personal information stored by Construdata21. For these purposes, the users and/or clients will have their personal information at their disposal in the section “Personal Information”. The users and/or clients will have access to this section once they have inserted their “login” and “password” correctly at the site www.construdata21.com, where they can verify the data they have entered at any moment.
