As a company, a Flat Rate customer, you can freely offer your products or services contacting with individuals: by phone or email (if users decide to publish their data) or either through an anonymous form (in which case, it will be the particular who will contact the company again if he is interested in the offer or in futher information).

As CD21 clients you could use this service for free and ask for proposals to purchse material, outsource various services of a work, or perform new construction.
