Construdata21 was founded in 2000, has been operating from its headquarters in Vigo since then, and is currently part of the Byggfakta Group. It manages a multilingual platform with advanced information on construction projects worldwide. Since 2001 it has published more than 320,000 in the Iberian Peninsula and 45,000 in the rest of the world since 2011. It has more than 2,000 clients and 100,000 visits per month on its website.
After almost two decades in business we have become the sector’s leading portal, generating thousands of business opportunities and improving the competitiveness of our customers.
Before the 1990s the methods to look for projects and new clients were very rudimentary. The databases were linked to sectorial magazines and they were only sent by post or fax.
Construdata21 was created in 2000 as a spin-off project of Netaccede SCR-PYME SA. Thanks to the Internet we were pioneers offering project information by email and an online database.
In 2007 we were the first Spanish company with information on projects from another European country. And in 2010 we became the first national service with information on projects from around the world.
Initially, our offer was focused on projects from Spain to complete an international platform with multiple value added services for construction companies in any country.

Responsible for making telephone contact with suppliers in the industry (developer, contractor, architect…) to obtain information on their current and future projects, building trustful relationships with these informants.
Responsible of prospecting, negotiation and customer loyalty, reporting the daily operations in our CRM. We offer the possibility of conciliation, permanent contract with fixed remuneration and specific training.
